GBD Introduction
Dy and Tb heavy rare earth elements are attached to the surface of NdFeBMagnet. After heat treatment at appropriate temperature, the heavy rare earthelements are diffused into the magnet along the grain boundary. The amount ofheavy rare earth in sintered X-FeB magnet can be reduced by diffusion process.and the magnet with higher comprehensive properties can be produced.

Laminated Magnets
Stacked magnets are made by bonding multiple individual permanent magnets together with adhesive and insulating them. This magnet segmentation technique involves dividing neodymium iron boron blocks into multiple pieces and bonding them together with insulating adhesive. Afterwards, grind these glued together blocks into their final shape. This special motor magnet is mainly used to reduce eddy current losses, which means lower temperatures and higher efficiency.
